During the third season, many orders of carbon steel pipe fittings and flanges are waiting for delivery. According to the production list, customers' payment time is the first influencing factor.
This month, 2 customers contact us and ask for help. Their production time are both longer than 40 days, But they want to short the time to be 30-35 days, so that can match up with the ship one week ealier. Then, their projects can running as the contracts. At the same time, they arranged the balance before we finish the whole order.
Our Solution
1. Never to affect the delivery time of other orders.
2. Arrange 3 teams to work as shifts. The healthy and safe of workers are the most important.
3. Ask for help form our cooperating factories.
Finally, we deliveried 10 containers 8 days eralier than the contracts. Customers placed new orders and send us much positive feedback.
